Connect, rest, reset
It all starts with you
Life is busy. Time is short. I curate inspiring luxury retreats that allow you to pause, rest and immerse yourself in the healing power of nature.
Held in unique locations my retreats invite you to take time out for yourself and make genuine in-person connections. In an age of digital overload and disconnected communities this has never been more important.
Held at luxury properties across the world retreats focus on wellness practices and rituals, food and nutrition, movement, reconnection, creativity and unique adventures to unexpected places.
I also organise corporate retreats and staff incentives designed to take busy teams and C-suite executives out of the office environment, encouraging team building in inspired locations.
Give yourself the gift of time and join my next retreat.
SRI LANKA WELLNESS &
ISLAND DISCOVERY RETREAT
A journey of restoration & adventure
*** ONLY ONE TWIN BEDROOM LEFT
ON A SHARED BASIS ***
Monday 9th - Sunday 15th November 2026
Tekanda Lodge, Ahangama, Sri Lanka
Named one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka by Condé Nast Traveller
You’re invited to join me for an exclusive six-night residency at Tekanda Lodge, named one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka by Condé Nast Traveller.
Rest, reset and reconnect in this Indian Ocean paradise. If you've been thinking about booking a trip to Sri Lanka this is the sign you've been waiting for.
Find some clarity away from the demands of everyday life and leave feeling refreshed, energised and ready to face anything.
Ahangama has been named Asia’s ‘next best lifestyle destination’ with great shopping, cool cafes, excellent restaurants, laid back beach bars and easy access to Sri Lanka’s beautiful south coast.
We’ll enjoy daily wellness practices at Tekanda including yoga, pilates, sound healing, meditation, journaling and mindfulness.
Alongside the wellness I have curated an inspired programme of meaningful experiences on the island encompassing everything I love about Sri Lanka. These include:
- Volunteering at The Tekanda Foundation, a charity providing education and opportunities for local girls and women
- An iconic train journey to Galle & day exploring beautiful Galle Fort with sundowners overlooking the Indian Ocean
- Surf lesson with Soul & Surf
- Immersive talks & conversations with some of Sri Lanka’s leading cultural change makers
- Guided bike ride through the jungle
- Sunset boat trip on Koggala Lake
Then there’s the food - some of the best you’ll eat on the island. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Tekanda Lodge are included throughout your stay, created with love by Tekanda’s in-house chef.
When was the last time you gave yourself space to pause? Not a rushed weekend away squeezed between responsibilities, but real space to breathe, think clearly and reconnect with yourself.
We spend years looking after everyone else, building careers, raising families, supporting partners, juggling responsibilities and carrying the invisible weight of everyday life, rarely stopping long enough to ask ourselves what we need.
We spend money on material things - clothes, nights out, the house, beauty products, gym memberships - but that’s just scratching the surface.
What if you invested that money in yourself instead on a once in a lifetime trip to Sri Lanka combining daily wellness practices, guided island adventures and human connection. This could be you in November.
This is not simply a wellness retreat. It’s a beautifully curated intimate journey to one of the world’s most soulful islands which blends time for yourself, luxury accommodation, bucket list adventures, incredible food and meaningful connections.

Imagine this...
Slow barefoot mornings beginning with yoga or meditation surrounded by birdsong and jungle views.
Cycling through the jungle, iconic train rides along Sri Lanka’s coast, surf lessons with an island local, exploring the historic streets of Galle and watching the sun set over Koggala Lake.
Long lunches filled with vibrant Sri Lankan food prepared by Tekanda’s private chef.
Sunset swims beneath palm trees followed by thoughtful conversations over candlelit dinners.
Days spent on Ahangama beach, just a short tuk tuk ride away from Tekanda.
Moments of stillness. Moments of laughter. Moments that remind you what it feels like to relax and feel fully present again.
Everything has been thoughtfully curated by me so you don’t have to think about a thing. Do as little or as much as you like.
No schedules to manage.
No decisions.
No demands.
No-one needing your attention.
Nowhere to be but present.
Just space to reconnect with yourself in beautiful surroundings alongside a small group of people. If you're ready to choose yourself - sign up today and book the last remaining bedroom at this luxury jungle lodge.
Why you should book a space…
You’re tired of putting yourself last and doing it all.
For six days you don’t have to think about a thing - I’ve planned every last detail for you.
As a travel journalist, retreat host and private travel consultant, I’ve spent years exploring the world’s most beautiful destinations but nowhere continues to draw me back quite like Sri Lanka.
There’s something very special about this island.
The warmth of the people.
The spirituality woven into everyday life.
The richness of the culture.
The extraordinary food.
The feeling of adventure balanced with complete serenity.
We’ll enjoy daily practices led by island local Rosie Nina of Mind Body Garden including yoga, pilates, sound healing, meditation, journaling and mindfulness walks around the estate.
